Chieftain Fantasy Football League
Our resident FFL guru, Mr. Kuschel, offers his analysis of each team
Ken Bone and the Boys (D Shaffer)
QB Kirk Cousins, Was
RB E Lacy, GB, J Hill, Cin
WR A Brown, Pit, J Landry, Mia
TE C. Walford, Oak, FLEX A. Jeffery, Chi
D/ST Packers, PK R. Aguayo, TB
Strengths: Big Ben and Brown are top
starters and will give consistent points.
Weaknesses: Lacy and Hill are both decent
RB2’s but won’t produce consistently.
Outlook: This lineup will struggle through
the bye weeks.
Shake ’N Blake (Mr. Shaffer)
QB Blake Bortles, Jax
RB L. McCoy, Buf, J. Ajayi, Mia
WR O Beckham Jr., NYG, D Baldwin, Sea
TE G. Olsen, Cha, FLEX B. Marshall, NYJ
D/ST Patriots, PK S. Gostkowski, NE
Strengths: Bortles and Carr are good QBs.
McCoy is a great RB1. Great depth at the
WR position. Olsen is a top TE.
Weaknesses: After McCoy, there is little
depth at RB.
Outlook: This team will provide good
production throughout the lineup.
The Israeli Commandos (Ryan Israel)
QB Matthew Stafford, Det
RB M. Ingram, NO, J. Howard, Chi
WR J. Edelman, NE, J. Maclin, KC
TE T. Eifert, Cin, FLEX M. Jones, Wsh
D/ST Lions, PK C. Sturgis, Phi
Strengths: Dalton and Ryan will provide
consistent QB production. Ingram/Howard as a top RB duo. Eifert is a top TE.
Weaknesses: Not much depth at RB.
Outlook: Starting lineup is very solid, but
byes and injuries could be this team’s
Achilles heel.
BUY A WATTS! (Colin Watts)
QB Aaron Rodgers, GB
RB M Forte, NYJ, D Murray, Ten
WR J Jones, Atl, J Nelson, GB
TE T. Kelce, KC, FLEX M. Gordon, SD
D/ST Cardinals, PK D. Carpenter, Buf
Strengths: Rodgers/Mariota is a solid QB
tandem. RBs are as deep as any in the
league. Jones and Nelson are top WRs.
Weaknesses: Lack of depth.
Outlook: As long as Julio stays healthy,
this is a top lineup.

Sante Cheeks (Sante Dybowski)
QB Drew Brees, NO
RB T. Gurley, LA, A. Foster, Mia
WR T.Y. Hilton, Ind, R. Cobb, GB
TE A. Gates, SD, FLEX A. Hurns, Jax
D/ST Seahawks, PK G. Gano, Car
Strengths: Brees is still Top 5. Led by Gurley, there is good RB depth. Hilton is one
of the best WR producers in the league.
Weaknesses: Seems like team overdrafted
on RBs. Little depth at QB, WR, or TE.
Outlook: Since you cannot start RB at every position, this team is bound to leave
good points on the bench each week.
Kunzer Boomers (Bobby Kunz)
QB Cam Newton, Car
RB E. Elliott, Dal, G Bernard, Cin
WR D. Bryant, Dal, B. Cooks, NO
TE Z. Ertz, Phi, FLEX E. Decker, NYJ
D/ST Chiefs, PK S. Hauschka, Sea
Strengths: Cam is a great QB. Zeke has
produced like everyone expected at RB.
Cooks, Crabtree, Fuller are all good WRs.
Weaknesses: Roster has been decimated by
injuries (Newton, Matthews, Woodhead,
Sims, Bryant and Ertz).
Outlook: Consistent production and the
bye weeks will be a real problem. Active
mining of the FA pool is the only hope.
Milk Boiz (Jack Fitzpatrick)
QB Andrew Luck, Ind
PPAGE
AGE91
RB L. Miller, Hou, F. Gore, Ind
WR D. Hopkins, Hou, G. Tate, Det
TE G. Barnidge, Cle, FLEX M. Jones, Det
D/ST Broncos, PK M. Crosby, GB
Strengths: Luck is producing. RB stable
has been very solid. Hopkins and Jones
are consistent producers at WR.
Weaknesses: Lack of depth beyond the
starting lineup, particularly TE and WR.
Outlook: Bye weeks could be a challenge.
Watts Is Not Elite (Billy Nienstedt)
QB Carson Palmer, Ari
RB D. Johnson, Ari, J. Charles, KC
WR A. Robinson, Jax, D. Moncrief, Ind
TE J. Reed, Wsh, FLEX K. Benjamin, Car
D/ST Texans, PK D. Bailey, Dal
Strengths: Rivers and Johnson have been
top producers. Reed and Graham provide
great TE production.
Weaknesses: Injuries to Palmer, Moncrief,
and Charles have hurt. After the top starters, the bench depth is lacking.
Outlook: Great team on paper, but injuries
and poor WR play has hurt its prospects.
Jello Kello (Michael Kello)
QB Tom Brady, NE
RB D. Freeman, Atl, L. Bell, Pit
WR A. Cooper, Oak, E. Sanders, Den
TE D. Walker, Ten, FLEX C.J. Anderson, Den
D/ST Panthers, PK A. Vinatieri, Ind
Strengths: With Brady and Bell back from
suspension, prospects are looking up.
Weaknesses: Injuries to Diggs, White, and
Coleman have weakened the depth.
Outlook: Should be one of the most consistent producers over the rest of 2016.
Joe Flacco is Elite (Nolan Geraghty)
QB Russell Wilson, Sea
RB L. Murray, Oak, R. Jennings, NYG
WR A.J. Green, Cin, D. Thomas, Den
TE R. Gronkowski, NE, FLEX K. Allen, SD
D/ST Bengals, PK J. Tucker, Bal
Strengths: Wilson has regained his top
form, West has emerged as a capable
starter, and Green and Thomas are topflight WRs. TEs Gronk and Bennett are
good enough to start them both.
Weaknesses: Injuries have decimated this
lineup (Allen, Murray, Jennings).
Outlook: Picking up some help in the FA
pool would help to replace the injured
starters.
