What ? How could CWA hold a fashion show during the pandemic ? It would not be spring without it . As we were unable to meet in our large group for lunch , some members who had been vaccinated and through their wait period modeled for our first virtual fashion show with the help of the Lake Oswego Chico ’ s on May 10 . Although the weather had been warm and we planned to film from the rose garden by the lake , the day of filming turned to 53 degrees . Thank goodness we had our new pavilion . We lit the fireplace and heaters and had fun being

together modeling for the members . Lights , camera , action ! We learned that Chico ’ s has many pant lengths available including petite lengths with slim leg and wider . Florals , stripes and solid column look are in style as well .

This group of ladies know how to be flexible . One of our models could not make it due to a procedure , so Kathy Fisher who was there to help , ran home , grabbed some shoes and joined the other models . She is a lifesaving good sport . Our other beautiful models included Lindy Anderson , Donna Bane , Claudia DeVries , Lynda Huber Marshall , Cathy Renken and Margie Wiesenthal . Robin Gowdy helped with audio and Elaine Swyt took the
