A few highlights
� Wondering how to stay confident and motivated ? Learn a new skill that challenges you . Dr . Lauer explains learning new things keeps you in a mental competition , which helps with motivation and confidence .
� Learn a language , try new cooking methods , etc .
� Cardio drills : The jump rope improves quickness , timing and coordination . It ’ s a very important piece of fitness equipment .
There are many more drills on the website , check it out ! New Year ’ s resolutions should include keeping fit to stay healthy . We have also welcomed our newest board member , Stacy Naccachian . She has recently retired from 39 years in the investment industry . Stacy ’ s customer service and business skills will be a great asset to our board . Stacy grew up in Alabama and played both golf and tennis in her high school days . Stacy took a huge break from tennis and was very involved in her son ’ s baseball career serving on the Little League Board for years and her daughter ’ s cheer program . Stacy returned to tennis when she met her husband Krikor and discovered their mutual love of the game . In 2017 , Stacy discovered the Charbonneau Tennis Club and was fortunate enough to

get a spot in January . Within a year Stacy and Krikor had fallen in love with the Charbonneau community and tennis club . Debbie Stonebraker is working with the Charbonneau Country
Club Village Task Force , where different options for the future of pickleball here at Charbonneau is currently being discussed . Please feel free to share any ideas with Debbie that you may have about what the future of pickleball in Charbonneau would look like . As liaison to the tennis club for pickleball , Debbie would welcome the input .
