Fight the holiday fl ab
Charbonneau offers a variety of fitness and dance classes in the recreation room of the Activity Center . We can fight off the holiday flab before the holiday season begins ! How about a Zumba class or free ballroom dance classes ? Or maybe an aerobics class ? Too strenuous ? Then we have chair classes and Aging Backwards with Eccentrics . We offer classes for all levels of fitness to fight the flab ! See the November calendar for days and times .

Don ’ t miss our November luncheon
Autumn is upon us . I hope you love the fall colors as much as I do .
Outside sports are slowing down and inside activities are
ANDERSON ramping up .
We all have so much to be thankful for . So many others are suffering from weather , war , health problems and other issues . We are very lucky .
We hope you enjoyed the wonderful presentation in October on the history of Charbonneau presented by Rosemary Ricken . Way to go Rosemary — great presentation .
Our Nov . 14 luncheon will be at 11:30 a . m . in the Event Center dining room . Back by popular demand , “ Elf the Musical ,” which Lakewood
Theatre Company in Lake Oswego puts on , will be our entertainment . Dalton ’ s will be our caterer . The price is $ 32 for members and $ 37 for non-members . Please sign up for this delightful show .
As you probably know our CWA box to collect checks was broken into . You can sign up as normal in the coat room of the Event Center in the CWA book ; checks are put in the same building in the slot by the office marked CWA . Soon we hope to have a box in the new building . More info will follow .
Dec . 12 is our holiday brunch . The theme is Vintage Christmas and is co-hosted by Judi Hickman and April Marcell .
The price for this event is $ 35 for members and $ 40 for non-members . The entertainment is the Oregon Trail Pitchpipers Chorus . This event will be a great time . Sign up early as it fills up quickly .
Only an active CWA member can reserve a table for eight ladies and the lady reserving the table must write one check to hold the table . We are not accepting eight checks for one reserved table .
