Former World #1 ShanShan Feng
was spotted at GGGA in January.
ShanShan trained with Gary to
prepare for the new season.
LPGA and PGA players are often
seen around campus when they
work with Gary. Knowing you are
training just like the best golfers
in the world is inspiring.
Congratulations to GGGA alumni, Chun An
“Kevin” Yu, for winning the 2019 Australian
Master of the Amateurs. Yu came from behind
to win Master of the Amateurs in Melbourne
in early January. Yu started the final round
in seventh place. Yu’s five birdies on the first
nine holes put him in a tie for first. After a
three hole playoff, Yu eventually won. With
this win, Yu breaks in to the Top 20 world
Amateur Rankings!
Yu came to GGGA from Taiwan and is now a
junior a Arizona State University.
