SPRING ASSESSMENTS
The first week back to training is the assessments covering technical, full swing,
fitness, and mental training. One of our most important assessments for fitness is
to check the sprint speed. Knowing how to get off the block will help our students
understand Ground Reaction Force and how it applies to the swing.
SPRINTING

better, we should see an
increase in power in the
