The tropical weather in Malaysia provided a perfect environment for the Sales and Marketing team to exhibit and view the trends for the upcoming season – Summer 2014.
All of the renowned fashion houses were represented with some buyers seeking to source exquisite batik’s for couture collections while others scoured the rack’s for unique pieces to sell in main stream stores.
Overall the trend was ‘relaxed casual’ for daywear in clothing as well as accessories, shoes, hair and make-up. Nightwear was however a stark contrast, predominantly as a result of new and fresh designers such as Edna Mode who created pieces that were bold, strong and adventurous.
