We were all raring to go, and what better place to kick off our meeting than the Sky Bar.
Located at the top of the Traders Hotel, I don’t believe any of us were expecting a pool in the middle of the bar, so we gingerly navigated our way to a couple of booths with fabulous views over the Twin Towers and the city of Kuala Lumpur.
We were still missing a few of our team, who were arriving later that evening, but we did not let that hold us back.

Mixed with Panadol and Sudafed, this apparently tasted good enough to order (or almost) a second!
It was about this time that the
Nanna award was brought to everyone’s attention, and some clear rules and guidelines (or not so clear) were set. At this stage, everyone was fairly committed to maintaining the high standards set by our very own Lou Cordone in years gone by.
After some refreshments, we were ready for a meal, so the evening continued on level 5, before finishing back at the bar at the Grand Hyatt. It was probably a Nanna night for us all, as we were keen to perform at our best for Day 1.
