Research Team
A critical part and a foundation for great recruitment is accurate and up to
date research. We are proud of our research team and the valuable
contribution they make daily.
Unlike many ‘admin’ roles, our researchers are part of the sales team. Their
productivity contributes to our weekly and monthly incentives with a leader
and KPI board of their own.
The Role of a Researcher...
As a researcher you role will be an accumulation of the following:
• Company, competitor and market research
• Talent mapping and compilation of structural charts
• Telephone name gathering for candidate and contact details
• Information gathering to help with business development and the
delivery of retained assignments
• Draft and publish job advertisements
• Monitor trade publications and media to gain industry knowledge.
• Communicate up-to-date and relevant industry info to colleagues
• Working closely with consultants on key accounts, sometimes
accompanying them on site visits
• Help compile and maintain an up-to-date CRM system
• Manage and plan your time effectively so you can manage multiple
projects and work to tight timescales

Graduate calibre with a second language
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Be able to deal with various projects at once
Naturally inquisitive and quick to learn
Have a creative approach to problem solving
Internet whiz, search engines and search logic
Interested in business news and events
Organised and possess good planning skills
Be able to deliver to tight timescales
Numerate with acute attention to detail
Hard working and self-motivated.
