For Trainees...
Been around the recruitment block?
• A 4 week induction programme consisting of classroom lessons,
practicals and feedback sessions. The induction is split into
manageable chucks to allow you to practice what you have learnt
in-between times.
Just because you have recruitment experience, does not mean
you cannot still learn a thing or two. As well as emerging
technologies and methodologies, refresher sessions on
sales, systems and soft skills training will be provided.
• Mentoring by a senior consultant who can offer advice and share
their experiences and knowledge.
You will also have regular one-to-ones where you can discuss
situations and challenges.
• Regular reviews with your manager to discuss your progress,
activity, KPIs, targets, and what areas to work on to be even
better at your job
