Training & Development We take the development of our people very seriously. We know that the best learning doesn’t always happen in the classroom - it happens every day, just by doing your job. We’re proud of our supportive structure so that at any time a question or challenge arises we are confident there will be someone of experience ready to guide and advise. For Trainees... Been around the recruitment block? • A 4 week induction programme consisting of classroom lessons, practicals and feedback sessions. The induction is split into manageable chucks to allow you to practice what you have learnt in-between times. Just because you have recruitment experience, does not mean you cannot still learn a thing or two. As well as emerging technologies and methodologies, refresher sessions on sales, systems and soft skills training will be provided. • Mentoring by a senior consultant who can offer advice and share their experiences and knowledge.
