Meal Replacements
Whey Protein Concentrate shakes without the carbs and fats removed from the milk
source. Sometimes extra carbs and fats are also added from other food sources. This
allows you to get a “meal” since there are all 3 macros included (protein, carbs, fats).
Benefit: Allows you to get some calories in when it is not otherwise
possible to eat real food
Best for: People on the run, busy jobs where you cannot stop to
eat, traveling without whole food
