How to increase
dopamine levels within
the brain, through food
Eat foods rich in tyrosine,
because your body requires the
amino acid tyrosine in order to make
dopamine. Foods containing tyrosine include bananas’, almonds, low fat dairy, meat and
poutry. Also can eat foods that are rich in
the amino acid phenylalanine, and that
is a precursor of the amino acid
tyrosine so hence can also
produce dopamine.
