Step 6:
Smooth the sides of
your cake using fondant
smoothers until you are
happy with the finish
(remove any air bubbles
with a fine pin)

Smooth the dome with a
piece of acetate
Brush your cake board
with sugar syrup
Step 10:
Roll out fondant and place Smooth with fondant smoothers and cut off excess
over your cake board
with pizza cutter or knife
Leave overnight to dry
