Knead your fondant until
soft
Brush ganached cake
with sugar syrup
Step 3:
Roll out fondant and place over your cake
Step 4:
Step 5:
Gently smooth fondant over cake. Be mindful not to pull the fondant down the cake
otherwise your fondant may tear before you get to the bottom
Cut off excess fondant
with a pizza cutter or knife
