Step 7:
Place your half ball cake on top and cover with
ganache. Scrape off excess ganache. Continue
Check to make sure your cake is level then proceed to applying ganache and scraping off the excess until
you are satisfied with the finish. You can use a piece
applying ganache to the outside of the cake, scrape
acetate to help get a smooth finish on the dome
