Step 9:
Let it dry completely.
Step 10:
Once the cake has dried,
carefully remove the
parchment pieces.
Step 11:
Lightly rub the excess
shortening if any from the
cake.
Step 13:
Stick the broad blue
strip on the top tier in the
center.
Step 14:
Stick the narrow green
strip over the broad blue
strip on the cake.
Step 15:
To make a bow, cut
around 5.5” length of the
narrow blue strip and
apply a little edible glue in
the center.
Step 12:
For the top tier, roll out
and cut
a. 1 broad strip of bright
blue fondant
b. 1 narrow strip of bright
blue fondant
c. 2 narrow strips of
bright green fondant
Step 16:
Fold both sides of the strip
and stick in the center to
form two loops on both the
sides. Place small pieces
of tissue paper between
the loops and let dry.
