Step 17:
Cut around 4” of green
narrow strip and stick the
center of the strip on the
center of the blue loops.

Step 21:
Stick the bow in the
center of the stripes on
cake.

Step 18:
Fold both sides of the
green strip and stick in
center to form 2 smaller
loops.

Step 19:
Cut a 2” length of narrow
blue strip. And stick the
end to form a circular
loop.

Step 20:
Stick this in the center of
the big loop bow.
