Step 5 :
Position the back legs , add a little edible glue and secure the back legs in place . Do the same to the front legs . They rest between the back legs and start from shoulder height .
Step 6 :
Use your modeling tool to create grooves in the front and back paws .
Step 7 :
Use your modeling tools to create little creases in the “ elbow ” and “ knee ” areas of the front and bag legs .
Step 8 :
Roll out 4 grams of fondant for the tail and 2.5 grams for the tail end in a darker shade .
