WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
1. TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS; SHIPPING METHOD
KeHE utilizes the following shipping definitions when referencing shipping methods:
“ Supplier Delivered”
“ Supplier Delivered” means Suppliers that ship to KeHE DCs, FOB Destination / Incoterms DDP, often known as“ Prepaid” Suppliers or“ Prepaid” shipments
Under this option, Shipper / Supplier arranges transportation, ideally using a KeHE preferred carrier

“ KeHE Pick Up”
“ KeHE Pick Up” or“ KeHE Pick Up( FOB Origin, Subject to Case Count)” means KeHE or KeHE’ s designated carrier pick up at Supplier’ s designated pick up location, FOB Origin / Incoterms Ex Works( subject to case count at KeHE DC not pickup location), often known as“ Collect” Suppliers or“ Collect” shipments.
Under this option, KeHE provides transportation with one of our proven carriers. Contact freightrequests @ kehe. com for more information.
2. SCHEDULING A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT
KeHE requires an appointment to be made for every truckload. Please note the following for making appointments:
KeHE utilizes C3 Online Scheduling for appointments. Website: www. c3reservations. com / KeHE
In C3, you’ ll find links to each KeHE receiving department. Contact the receiving DC for a C3 User ID; separate User IDs are required for each DC.
Make appointment requests at least 7 days prior to the“ Ship To Arrive” date.
C3Scheduling / Rescheduling
C3 requires: o PO NUMBER( s) – must be valid o LOAD TYPE- pallets or floor loaded o DATE & TIME
A reservation number is provided for every appointment request. The request must be approved by KeHE via confirmation email to be valid.
Any rescheduling must be done in C3 and is the responsibility of the carrier. Fees apply for rescheduling within 3 days of a scheduled appointment – See Inbound Routing Guide Fee Schedule.
