GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• This Inbound Routing Guide supersedes all previous routing guides and freight handling instructions issued by KeHE.
• This Inbound Routing Guide contains detailed instructions for the routing, scheduling, documentation, and packaging of merchandise for shipment from your US facilities into KeHE distribution centers, warehouses, or other similar facilities(“ KeHE DC( s)”), as well as other locations otherwise indicated. A listing of KeHE’ s DCs and corresponding contact information is outlined in the KeHE DC Contact List.
• The instructions apply to all purchase orders issued by KeHE and are incorporated by reference into the terms and conditions of all KeHE purchase orders(“ PO( s)”). By fulfilling a KeHE PO, all Suppliers agree to KeHE’ s Supplier Policies & Procedures, including any updates specified on the KeHE CONNECT Supplier ® Portal.
• Non-compliance with the KeHE routing and freight handling requirements may result in a charge-back of all excess expenses and reimbursement for costs incurred, plus any associated fees, as outlined in this Inbound Routing Guide. See Inbound Routing Guide Fee Schedule
• Each Supplier is responsible for forwarding this Inbound Routing Guide, the Inbound Routing Guide Fee Schedule, the KeHE DC Contact List, and the Supplier Histamine Products In-Transit Temp Monitoring Requirements to its Logistics Department, its carrier( s), and other affected individuals responsible for the delivery of product to KeHE DCs and other specified locations mutually agreed.
