Day 2
It is going to be somewhat difficult
day – since it will be dedicated to a
cycling trip. Leaving the camp, we direct
our bicycles down the river towards the
railway bridge; then, we move on its left
along the lake to the remains of the huge
sulphur plant; after, we go across the
plant territory, and soon we get into Novy
Rozdil. We turn left and, going along the
asphalt road, move in the direction of
the Rzewuski/the Lanckoronski Palace.
Of course, one should obey the traffic
rules. The state of the road covering does
not allow automobiles to get full speed;
however, one should take care of his/her
safety. In general, provided you move
without stops, the trip to the Palace will
take about an hour or an hour and a half.
The visit to the aforementioned Palace,
all its beauty notwithstanding, will not
take long; unfortunately, you cannot
get inside but the surrounding garden is
definitely worth seeing.
Our trip continues in direction of
the village of Dubrova. The road starts
Fields of Rozdil

Getting out from the kryivka
straight from the Palace, and goes athwart
to the main road, which connects Rozdil
and Mykolaiv. Automobile traffic is
neither to heavy, no too speedy; therefore,
a group of cyclists can freely move there.
The road passes across the Kolodnytsya
river, which, according to historians, served
as a water way to the capital of White Croatia.
On the way, we will come across the kryivka
of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (the
UPA) however, since there are no direction
signs, and one can get there only with
a guide.
