• make certain payments through Emma Villas such as the tourist tax ( where due ), which will be collected through the " Emma " app by Emma Villas and paid according to the option chosen by the owner , to the municipality or to the owner himself ;
• receive in advance at the time of online check-in ( and not at the end of the stay ) the lump-sum payments requested ( eg electricity , heating , extra cleaning for animals , etc .).
