TRADEMARKS
Trademarks that are part of the outlined , official logos should always appear as provided .
As a general rule , the TM and ® symbols should be superscripted and made at least 2 pt sizes smaller than the product name pt size and align to the cap height . The font and weight should match the product name .
When trademarked words , phrases , or names are written out , the ® or ™ must appear in at least one instance within the documents , preferably the first mention of the trademarked word or phrase . After that , the registration marks may be omitted for the remainder of the document .
