How proud are you to win Promoter of the Year and a fight on your bill to win Fight of the Year? (Website 'Boxing Scene' recently voted Dave to be the Promoter of the Year and Farrell/Crolla to be their Fight of the Year).

Extremely proud! Boxing Scene is the world's biggest boxing website so it's great to win these awards. Everything has just gone mad this year - my twitter followers have ballooned up and we've been putting on some massive shows. Remember - all this and we're not 'TV Promoters'. That's unheard of really. We have that many fans now interested in what Coldwell Boxing are doing and I love the interaction with the fans - they pay their money and I love to hear what they think about what we're doing. Everything we do is based on pleasing the fans.

You mentioned about you not being a TV promoter i.e. Sky - however to combat that you recently launched Coldwell Television as a iTune app - tell me about that.

It's really taken off and the feedback we've had has been brilliant. We've had buyers in the USA and Canada who've been in touch to tell us that they think what we are doing is excellent. ROK TV approached us with an idea - we sat down and told them our ideas for what we would like to do and agreed on a way forward and it's just gone from strength to strength. We had a dummy run at 'The Next Generation' fight which went well, and we went live at 'The Battle of Manchester' and got lots of views for the Farrell/Crolla fight at quite short notice. We are looking at putting other promoters shows on it next year and see 2013 being a huge year for Coldwell Television.

Who should we be looking out for in 2013 domestically?

Locally I really think that Nav Mansouri, Chad Gaynor and Maxi Hughes are all destined for big things and 2013 is going to be a massive year for them. I also think Liam Conroy and Liam Hanrahan are immense talents - although Conroy lost last time out against Gelson De Jesus I thought he had done enough to win the fight and he'll come back stronger from it. Hanrahan dismantled the tough Delroy Spencer in his last fight and I was very impressed with that. There's also Hosea Burton who is a fantastic prospect. If I had to pick one fighter though - and he's not one of ours...I would go for Kal Yafai. He has the right attitude, fantastic talent - he's got everything you need to go far and I get excited watching him fight. He's got the X Factor and I think he could be a big star in 2013.

Finally - what's the future for Coldwell Boxing?

Every New Years Eve I take time to reflect on the past year. I normally tell my wife Louise what a fantastic year it's been and wonder how I'm going to top it! I have done each year though and am genuinely excited for 2013! There are some great shows already lined up. Coldwell TV is really kicking off and I'll keep striving for more television exposure for my fighters until I get it. I have a fantastic team working with me and in Spencer Fearn I have someone alongside me that is of the same mindset as me, but take's care of things I'm not so good at! It's going to be a great year!!
