Educate your referrers:

After you identified several referral partners (individuals who are committed to being intentional about helping you grow your business via referrals with the understanding that you will do the same for them). it's important to keep them informed with what's going on in your company. Educating them will ensure they are sending well qualified leads your way. Remind them of your ideal client, share with them new hire information, and featured offerings. Keep your partners in the know and you increase your ability to succeed.

Give Them What They Need:

Educating your partners is pointless if you don't give them the tools they need to rely that information to potential clients. So be sure to give them all they need in order to send you the warmest leads possible. Items such as pre-written emails, company blurbs, special links, discount codes, advertisements, etc can be extremely helpful to your partners.
