Like every bodybuilder, Patrick is strict with this
diet. He prepares his own food for the day to make sure
he eats only clean healthy meals.
He never believed in “off-season” diets and workout
regimens. Maybe there’s a different set of workouts or
diets during preparation for a competition, but fitness
workouts and sticking to clean diet is a lifestyle.
As much as he can, Patrick helps train other
bodybuilders who need mentoring. It is his way of
sharing the passion and giving back to the industry he
advocates.
