PATRICK TAN:
‘No such thing
as a seasonal
physique’
Perhaps the highest ranked bodybuilder in the
Philippine corporate world, Patrick Tan, CEO of
SEAIR, ia also active in the bodybuilding world.
Admirably, he goes to work every day on his bike.
He leaves his house in QC around four o’clock in
the morning and pedals his way to the Fitness Gym
at Dusit for his daily workout, then off to work at
SEAIR Corporate Office in Makati before nine
o’clock. Right, he’s not your typical CEO.
Patrick explains, “That takes care of my cardio and
transportation at the same time. It’s very efficient,
and the good thing is, my weekly fuel bill is only 300
Pesos, and by not being in traffic, I save like 8 hours
a week.” An invaluable lesson in saving time, money
and the environment.
As a bodybuilder, Patrick Tan is a champion. He’s
won the Masters Category in the Shawn Rhoden
Competition, not once but twice— at the age of 51.
