and during that time, everything they created sounded like one long song. I hated that. What artists do you think choose the best production? There’s so many levels to that question. Right now I would have to say it’s Kendrick Lamar and Drake (only when he’s working solely with 40 and Boi 1da). If you get a chance go listen to Alina Baraz & Galimatias’ “Urban Flora EP”. That hands down is one of the best produced albums ever recorded. From JGood to Last Name Good, why the name change? It was for two reasons to be completely honest. #1 is I got tired of saying J.Good of Str8OutDaDen on everything I produced. What better way to do so than by changing the name. From an indie perspective, I think what Michael Aristotle and Wili Hendrixs are doing is phenomenal. Mucho and Fleetwood Fred have excellent chemistry too. And I would be remised if I didn’t mention J-Coop, Rod McCoy and DiV. W. Their production choices are genius. Outkast and Organized Noize (The only reason this is not number 1 is because “Aquemini” is my favorite album and Outkast & Mr. DJ produced the majority of the album) 3. Clipse and The Neptunes 4. JAY Z and Just Blaze/Kanye West 5. Missy and Timbaland “I ASKED SOME PEOPLE CLOSE TO THE CAMP WHAT THEY THOUGHT AND LAST NAME GOOD GOT THE MOST VOTES” I wanted to choose a name that was still close to J.Good and Last Name Good was one of three names I was toying with. I asked some people close
