Welcome to the P RODUCERS CLUB In the past we’ve featured some dope DJ’s/Producers and we think it’s ‘bout time we give recognition to them in every issue. Good] AGE: 30 Sumthin’ CURRENT PROJECT: The 30 Sumthin’ EP COMIN’ FROM: Macon, GA BIGGEST INFLUENCE: Dr. Dre, Organized Noize, Outkast, Just Blaze, Kanye West, Ace Harris ACTIVE: 2007-PRESENT LNG: I love sampling. I think the main challenge I set for myself is to try and not have a ”certain sound”. As a producer, my job is the compliment the artist and make a marriage with the music. Now there are some things I do on a consistent basis that gives my music familiarity, but I try not to make the same beat twice. I can go from hip-hop to pop without people realizing I’m on the beat and I love that. I don’t want to be put in a box. I remember when every producer was on their run
