First, pour the 1 and one third of a cup gluten
free pancake and waffle mix into a bowl. Then, add 4
tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of chia seeds, 40
chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 4
tablespoons of dark raw honey. Next add 1 and a half
cups of almond milk and 4 eggs. Stir for a minimum of
4-6 minutes. Heat a frying pan and oil on medium heat
for 3-5 minutes before putting the batter in the frying
pan. After the batter is poured, flip the pancake after
3-6 minutes or until bubbles appear. Repeat this on
the other side or until a golden to light brown color is
seen. Lastly, remove the pancakes from the frying pan
and serve them with peanut butter, honey, maple
syrup, and ice cream.
