These pancakes will give everyone antioxidants
since dark chocolate and raw honey contains abundant
antioxidants. This pancake recipe also includes
nutritious ingredients such as chia seeds, peanut
butter, and almond milk that will give children protein,
calcium, and many other important nutrients. I hope
everyone enjoys it.

*Ingredients*
· 1 and 1/3 cups of gluten free pancake and waffle mix
· 4 eggs
· 2 tablespoons of sugar
· 1 and 1/2 cups of almond milk
· 40 chocolate chips
· 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
· 2 tablespoons of dark raw honey
· 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

*procedure*
First, pour the 1 and one third of a cup gluten
free pancake and waffle mix into a bowl. Then, add 4
tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of chia seeds, 40
chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 4
tablespoons of dark raw honey. Next add 1 and a half
cups of almond milk and 4 eggs. Stir for a minimum of
4-6 minutes. Heat a frying pan and oil on medium heat
for 3-5 minutes before putting the batter in the frying
pan. After the batter is poured, flip the pancake after
3-6 minutes or until bubbles appear. Repeat this on
the other side or until a golden to light brown color is
seen. Lastly, remove the pancakes from the frying pan
and serve them with peanut butter, honey, maple
syrup, and ice cream.
