Q. What’s the goal
of Fitness 10x?
AB: To educate
as many people
as possible about
being fit, well their
wellness. Its not
about getting the
biggest muscles
but more about
over all wellness.
America is one of the
most obese and unhealthy
countries.
Q. What got you on this
path from
ordinary guy to personal
trainer with two jobs?
AB: Well, in 2011 I moved
from Richmond, VA to
North Carolina and stayed
with my sister. I was
unemployed for 6 months
and while I was job hunting
I had enough money to get
a gym membership. So to
keep from being bored or
in trouble, I went to a near
by Gym and signed up.
I’ve always been a natural
athlete but I found myself
working out 2 hours a day.
I loved it!! Then I got a job
but I still stayed in the gym.
After talking to people,
who saw me exercising
often, they just told me to
get my certification to be a
personal trainer. The rest is
history.
