• Communicate effectively and confidently with respect to others including vets, farriers, industry professionals, customers, the public and visitors to the workplace
• Listen and respond to advice and support
• Begin to feedback and contribute to review of horse performance and progress at exercise and in training regime
• Communicate differences in horse behaviour and physical response at exercise
• Communicate horse preferences for example rein, direction, location
• Consistently work to racing industry Code of Conduct
• Observe and share any information that may be important pre, during or post exercise
• Identify and report any concerns or difficulties to the person responsible in the workplace
• Observe confidentiality and Inside Information regulations and protocol
