A native Berkshire-ite born and raised in the woods of October Mountain, Holly Brouker has over 50 years of experience teaching, coaching, and guiding others in physical activities. Her credentials include certifications in PSIA skiing, U. S. Rowing( level 2), outdoor fitness, tennis, and cross-country ski coaching. She holds a BS in health and physical education from UMass and a master’ s in education-organization and management from Antioch New England Graduate School.

1. Canterbury Farm, 1986 Fred Snow Road, Becket: Cross-country skiing at Canterbury Farm in Becket is where Holly offers lessons to anyone wanting to learn basic techniques or improve their skills. Canterbury Farm offers an unforgettable experience with rentals available for skiing, snowshoeing, or ice skating on 13 miles of groomed trails and features an ice skating pond and cozy chalet.
2. Hilltop Orchards, 508 Canaan Road, Richmond: Holly guides a year-round Full Moon Adventure at Hilltop Orchards consisting of a mindful 1.5 mile hike focused on connecting participants with nature and Indigenous history on the trail system designed by Olympian skier John Morton. The hike ends with a bonfire ceremony, wine tastings, and acoustic music in the Hilltop Barn.
