Illuminating Bach offers a rich, reflective journey through the threads of musical influence that connect Bach to both past and present. ZipStohr Comedy with Richie Byrne, Mark Riccadonna and Ashley Gutermuth on September 20 blends high-energy, family-friendly humor with sharp observations— delighting audiences from Comedy Central to The Sopranos, and from colleges to casinos with over 500 shows a year. Riccadonna is a master storyteller whose clean, charismatic style has taken him from international tours with Armed Forces Entertainment to a Dry Bar Comedy Special, SiriusXM, and writing for SNL’ s“ Weekend Update.” Gutermuth is a stand-up comedian, actor, and viral sensation who has earned over 1 billion views and 1.9 million followers online. What is the true boundary between dreams and reality? Is there a way to bring our daydreams to life? Maiko Kikuchi has been studying these questions for years through her theater, puppetry and installation practice. Her works are visible daydreams, the extension of a world inside her mind. On September 27, Note From a Sheep I Met at the Dawn will take audiences through six vignettes where surrealistic worlds are created, inspired by diary-like narrations. Using props and ordinary materials, Kikuchi transforms a neutral space into an immersive installation of visible daydreams, inviting viewers to ponder the delicate boundary between reality and dreams. On October 10, 7 Bridges Road: A Tribute to the Eagles plays favorite hits from one of the world’ s most popular groups. The lineup features Chris“ Moose” Mongeau on lead vocals, Michael Stutz on guitar and vocals, Scott Cole on bass and vocals, Bill Ingham on guitar, vocals, and keyboard and Chris“ CJ” on drums. Spooky season has never been sexier thanks to Gypsy Layne Burlesque, the Berkshires ' own homegrown burlesque and cabaret troupe. On October 17, the Gypsies will bewitch an audience in this night of electrifying entertainment, where steamy strips, astounding circus arts, howl-worthy dance numbers, and more meet in a ghoulishly glamorous, rip-roaring spectacle that will leave your heart racing! All this delivered with the unabashed body positivity that has made Gypsy Layne a beloved Berkshires institution for 14 years and counting.
