“The BCA has been such an instrumental part of my life. When I
was first introduced to the organization in 2004, I thought that it
was just another organization associated with an industry. After
attending my first gala in 2005, I found out that it was so much
more. The BCA was about connecting the diverse culinary body
on ALL levels. They were about peer mentoring and coaching so
that everyone succeeded. The BCA pushed the envelope regarding
issues ALL OF US were encountering at our respective places
