BCA Seal of Approval & Mentoring Program with Compass Group and Restaurant Associates
The BCA Seal of Approval Program places culinary students with an industry
leader for a 10 week intensive, hands-on mentoring program. With a mentor’s support,
students are able to grow their culinary skills and foster professional relationships.
