Batagor
Batagor is shortened for Bakso Tahu Goreng. This snack made of tofu and fish
paste, deep fried and topped with spicy peanut sauce. Finished with a dash of
lemon juice and a bit of soy sauce, dipping the crunchy bite of Batagor to the
peanut sauce gives you a delightful taste in your mouth. The fish paste usually
made from either tenggiri (wahoo) meat or mixed of tuna, mackerel, and prawn.
Every bite you take, you will taste a bit sweetness from the soy sauce together with
the fresh taste of fish paste inside a soft tofu, enjoy eating it while you will make a
crunchy sound from biting it.
