Seblak
Seblak is a popular savory-spicy snack in
Bandung, made from boiled tapioca crackers,
fry stirred with red onion, garlic, salt, aromatic
ginger, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and MSG.
This food is unique as usually we deep
fry crackers and make it crispy.
From the creativity of people who don’t want to
waste any leftover foods, they make a way new
way of enjoying snacks. Seblak is full of flavor,
the chewiness of the crackers mixed with some
toppings like eggs, sausage, macaroni, and so
on, best to eat at a chilly atmosphere or rainy
situation because usually, this food is super
spicy!
Nowadays enjoying Seblak is getting much easier
as there are instant Seblak where people only
need to put in hot water to the cup. Just like
preparing instant cup noodle, instant Seblak is
also very easy to make and delicious too. One of
