WHAT IS IT?

This specialization combines business skills with a cause that inspires the student’ s passion through a career in the nonprofit field. Courses focus on nonprofit sector-specific topics that include working with governing boards, foundations and volunteers, advocacy and lobbying, financial management and fundraising, and program cost-benefit analysis and evaluation. Additionally, the graduate will be prepared to manage nonprofit organizations and raise funds through philanthropic giving campaigns and grants.
