WHAT IS IT?
This program of study is designed to prepare students for roles as human resource specialists, compensation and benefits administrators, trainers and succession planners, as well as corporate recruiters. Graduates will be able to demonstrate mastery of HR functions such as selection and placement, training and development, and management of human resources that align with the strategic objectives of their organizations. Students will complete coursework relating to current topics in employment and labor relations, employment law, and organizational development and change.
