Businesses that exist which cater for girls (in London/UK) provide clothes and
footwear that girls can already find in existing stores which do cater for boys
and girls; so the opportunity to create something special, exclusive and
different is there, as opposed to just offering what’s already out there (mainly
in terms of other brands for concessions)
Opportunity to begin an online business then hopefully grow into one that can
have a bricks and mortar store and then even a franchise
By using the right marketing techniques and campaign content, we can ensure our
brand also appeals to transgender girls and other non-binary people
Not only can we offer streetwear but we could create a smaller add-on range of
unique party-wear and more ‘girly’ items that can be worn with our main
collection- this will increase sales and potentially reach out to more women
Collaborations with brands from our concession and brands which girls already
love (e.g Nike, Adidas, Supreme, Palace etc.) could be a good way to draw
attention and create something exclusive for girls only
Using bloggers/influencers as my brand ambassadors as opposed to high class
celebrities that have no relevance or relationship to my tribe
I could use marketing techniques to reach out to other girl audiences- I could
make my brand relevant to those who might not usually shop with a brand like us
Utilising social media tools and other free marketing methods to connect with my
tribe and draw in attention
