Rhonda Barraclough (AB PC)

This Certificate of Merit is presented in recognition of exceptional performance and service to the Alberta Provincial Committee as Vice-Chairperson, and as the Sponsoring Committee Advisor for 230 (Athabaska) Squadron. A consummate professional and volunteer, she demonstrates extraordinary dedication and unwavering commitment to the Air Cadet Movement. She consistently performs her duties with skill, eagerness, ingenuity, and to the highest standards.

G. Bruce Davidson, CD (AB PC)

This Certificate of Merit is presented to Bruce Davidson in recognition of his 50 years of involvement with 294 (Chatham Kinsman) Squadron, and a remarkable 22 years as the Sponsoring Committee Chair. Under his long-term and steady leadership, the Squadron has underwritten and supported a wide range of special activities to enhance the experience of Chatham Air Cadets, which have included the Nijmegan March, Flight Fests with vintage aircraft, and Remembrance Day vigils at the Cenotaph. Last year, he led the Squadron’s 75th Anniversary celebrations. Bruce’s commitment to the Air Cadet Program is as inspirational as it is exemplary.

Capt Marc Doucette (PEI PC)

This Certificate of Merit is awarded to Marc Doucette in recognition of meritorious service, both as a former Commanding Officer of 741 (West Prince) Squadron, and now as a volunteer. His personal skill and knowledge of the cadet program have enabled him to perform well in all areas of the squadron, but especially in the mentoring and training of staff. He continues to dedicate much of his spare time to the Air Cadet Program to ensure that all cadets have every available opportunity to succeed.

Cletus Dunn (PEI NB)

As a sponsoring committee member and Air Cadet League volunteer for many years, Cletus Dunn has been influential in ensuring that the program is well-rounded, and that cadets have many opportunities to participate in provincial and national effective speaking competitions - with considerable success! Through his continuing efforts, cadets have not only learned of the benefits of volunteering, but also of their opportunities to contribute strongly to their community.
