Marc Lacroix has been a member of the Air Cadet family since he was young, and he was recognized as a leader as soon as he joined the movement. He devotes considerable time to this youth program about which he greatly cares. Marc always rises to the challenge with optimism and determination in order to find solutions. Those qualities and his numerous contributions lead us to award him this Certificate of Honour.

Norman Macfie has been intimately involved with the Canadian Cadet Movement since 1984. During this time he has served as the Commanding Officer of both 510 (Lions) Squadron, and 880 (Terra Nova KofC) Squadron. Further, he has served in several capacities at both the Atlantic Region Gliding School, and the Greenwood Cadet Summer Training Centre. With the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Committee, he has served in many capacities from 2006 to the present time. In recognition for his dedicated service over a great number of years, the Air Cadet League of Canada takes pleasure in awarding its Certificate of Honour to Norman Macfie.

This certificate is presented to John Mayhew in appreciation and recognition of his exemplary service to the Air Cadet movement.  For more than two decades his outstanding dedication, professionalism and leadership have resulted in exceptionally meritorious service to our Air Cadets. Through the years John has served in a multitude of roles and been unstintingly generous with his time, personal effort and financial support. He is a most deserving recipient of the Air Cadet League of Canada, Certificate of Honour.

From his beginning as an Air Cadet, throughout his Air Force career, and continuing with his service with the Manitoba Provincial Committee, Douglas McLennan has provided strong leadership, active involvement, and meritorious support of Royal Canadian Air Cadets. Accordingly, the Air Cadet League of Canada takes great pleasure in awarding its Certificate of Honour to him.
