Bruce H. Morse (NS PC)

Bruce Morse has extensive experience with the Canadian Cadet Organization. He has served as a cadet, CIC Officer, Squadron Sponsor Committee member, Squadron Director, Regional Director, Executive member of the Nova Scotia Provincial Committee, and he continues to serve as the Nova Scotia Provincial Chair. His service of more than 16 years in the Air Cadet League of Canada, as well as his extensive experience in municipal affairs and Lions International, make him a well-deserved recipient of the Certificate of Honour

Garfield Pinsent (NL PC)

Garfield Pinsent has always given freely of his time in the interests of the Cadet Movement. He has served in many capacities in the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Committee. He has also served as a National Governor. As a result of his generous, valuable and continuing actions, over a considerable period of time, and over a wide provincial territory, the Air Cadet League of Canada is pleased to present its Certificate of Honour to Garfield Pinsent.

Penny Doern (BC PC)

The leadership provided by Penny Doern to the National Effective Speaking Committee has been exemplary, and it has taken the competition to new levels. Increased engagement of cadets throughout Canada has brought a

“cadet voice” into deliberations about topics that are important to them. As a result, both cadets and adults involved in the program have been energized to build a foundation upon which the program can continue to grow and flourish.

Robert Parsons (NL PC)

This President’s Citation is awarded to Robert Parsons in grateful recognition of his more than fifty years of service to the Air Cadet League of Canada.  His contributions at every level of the League, from the Sponsoring Committee of 514 Squadron, to his service as National President, to his continuing contributions to the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Committee, demonstrates his life-long commitment to the program, and to the youth of Canada.
