William Cahill (NL PC)
During his years of involvement with the Canadian Cadet Organization, William Cahill has given much excellent service. Subsequent to his experience as an Air Cadet, he served as an officer with 510, 515, 508 and 292 Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadrons. Within the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Committee, he has served as Eastern Vice-Chair, PC Secretary, and Provincial Chair. Additionally, he has contributed significantly to the work of the National Committee concerned with Affiliation Agreements. Although he is a very busy young professional, he has given freely of his time and energy in support of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, and to the Air Cadet League of Canada. It is therefore a pleasure to award the Certificate of Honour to William Cahill.
William Fowler (PEI PC)
Subsequent to his experience as an Air Cadet, he served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 25 years. In retirement, he has been very active in 200 Wing, Royal Canadian Air Force Association, and especially in its support of Royal Canadian Air Cadets. With the Prince Edward Island Provincial Committee, he has served as Aviation Chair, Vice-Chair, Chair, and Past-Chair. In recognition of his consistent display of the highest standards of professionalism and leadership, it is a pleasure to present the Certificate of Honour to William Fowler. .
Peter Garton (SK PC)
Following a long and distinguished career in the Canadian Armed Forces, including three years with 41 Hercules RCACS, Peter Garton joined the Saskatchewan Provincial Committee, where his dedication and leaderships skills proved him to be an invaluable asset. In recognition of his dedicated service, which has included a term as Saskatchewan Provincial Chair, and many years as Chair, Camp Saskadet, Peter Garton is awarded the Certificate of Honour.
