This Certificate of Merit is presented to Chris Redfearn not only to recognize his tireless and exemplary work for fifteen years as the Sponsoring Committee Char of 3 Squadron in Strathroy, but also for his effective management of National Courses Interview Boards in Western Ontario, as well as for his new endeavours as a Squadron Director and secretary of the OPC Squadron Operations Council.

This Certificate of Merit is presented to Lisa Roy-Sidock in appreciation and admiration for her leadership at 696 Golden Wing Squadron in Blind River, since 2011. Assuming the role of Chair of the Sponsoring Committee in 2011, after several years as a parent volunteer, was a leap of faith. Her consistent fundraising efforts and level-headed management, through several periods of uncertainty over the viability of the Unit, however, has proven the value of her decision many times over. Her commitment to both the Air Cadet Program in Blind River and the youth of that community is exemplary.
