AV News 194 - November 2013
After the tea break came the screening, when each creation, with images, music
and commentary were displayed, although Clive and Joan Rathband chose to
present their commentary live. As has been the case in previous workshop
sessions, all the sequences were different in many ways, with similar images
being presented and representing a variety of themes, each was around four
minutes in length and welcomed with much applause.
When the dust had settled and laughter subsided Eddy and Pam Lane
screened five pieces of their work encompassing cricket, the Masai Mara, wildlife
around the world, Vietnam and Cambodia and colourful glimpses of India.
Owing to time restrictions no attendees' sequences were shown on this
occasion but at our next meeting in November we'll enjoy a welcome return of
Howard Bagshaw and his wife, Carole, who will give presentations then comment
on members' work.
