Pink Ball Golf Tournament

The 18th annual Pink Ball Golf Tournament in Charbonneau will be held Tuesday , Sept . 12 . This event continues support for cancer research at OHSU Knight Cancer Institute . “ Pink Ball ” has become a very honorable event and is now the largest tournament in Wilsonville with 180 golfers and 50 guests !
Charbonneau Women ’ s Niners Golf , in 2005 , decided to make a difference in the fight against cancer by starting the Pink Ball Golf Tournament . From its modest beginnings , the Pink Ball Tournament has grown into the largest fundraising event in Charbonneau .
The “ Pink Ball ” Tournament has raised nearly $ 650,000 . 100 % of our proceeds are donated .
“ OHSU Knight Cancer Institute is one of five clinical trial sites investigating a blood test for early detection cancer developed by Grail , INC . The test is being evaluated for its ability to detect more than 20 types of cancer including types for which no current screen method exists ! Through OHSU , Oregonians are among the first in the country to have the opportunity to be tested .”

Platinum : $ 2,500 , includes corporate banners prominently displayed and visible to all players in addition to the tee-box sign on each nine-hole course and special acknowledgement during the awards ceremony .
