The 2023-2024 school-wide theme is LEVEL UP ! Through Jesus ’ righteousness , God gives to us divine power to be able to live godly lives ( 1 Peter 5:1-4 ). We serve a mighty God who understands our need for a Savior , so He personally comes to us and gives us the necessary tools and urges us to “ level up ” starting with faith in Jesus so that we can ultimately love as He does .
Thanks to the PTFA ( our Parent-Teacher-Friends Association ), each student is provided with a FREE theme shirt that is distributed to students the first day of school . Parents are encouraged to request the specific sizes they would like ordered for their children by CLICKING HERE ( or through the CCS app ), but all requests must be made by the evening of Wednesday , August 9 . The office will do its best to guess your child ’ s size after that date .

Introducing Our New Faculty & Staff Members
We are delighted to have the following faculty members joining us for the 2023-2024 school year .
� Jim Kirch is returning to CCS as our new , full-time Middle School Social Studies Teacher . � Ruth Hertel is joining CCS as our new Elementary Librarian . � Kristyn Leamon is joining CCS as our new Music Teacher and High School Praise Team Adviser . � Priya Lee will be serving as this year ’ s GLC Director .
Band Teacher : We are in the process of hiring a new Band Teacher . We expect to announce the teacher ’ s name very soon !
Grade 3 Teacher : We are still in the process of interviewing for our Grade 3 Teacher position . Please be sure to pass the word , and let potential candidates know that full-time teachers with children also receive a 75 % tuition discount for their enrolled students .
Back-to-School Events
Elementary Drop-In On Monday , August 28 , from 2:00-4:00 PM , parents may stop by to bring their students in Pre-K through Grade 5 to their classrooms to meet their teachers , see their classrooms , and drop off their school supplies .
